Mission in Germany

During my work and studies as a hospitality manager, I learned two world languages – English and German – and further developed my foreign language skills during my studies in economics. Thanks to my economic background and my high level of communication skills, I was put in charge of the Munich branch of Confidence All Ltd. in Germany.

The company carries out electrical installation work, for which it employed Hungarian workers in Germany. As company manager, my main task was to develop and implement the company’s strategy. This involved preparing financial plans, managing a consistent budget and monitoring income and expenditure. I also regularly carried out analyses to ensure the financial stability and growth of the company. As a result of my work, I developed a continuous working relationship with the parent companies of BAM AG and DEHN GmbH.

Another important area I focused on was innovation and development. I have always been open to new technologies and market trends to keep the company competitive. I have successfully implemented several projects that have increased the efficiency of the company and improved the quality of our services.

The company has provided industrial electrical installation services with nearly 70 employees in about 10 locations from Munich to Düsseldorf, Neumark to Berlin. We were involved in the complete construction of 144 apartments and 14 staircases. From a complete concert hall to a complete concert hall, from a complete concert hall to a complete building.

Innovation

By working closely with management and local authorities, we have successfully created a solid foundation for the business to thrive.

Strategy

I believe that effective communicationand good teamworkare very important. I have regular meetings with the heads of the different departments to discuss current projects, goals and challenges. In addition, as in my previous jobs, I put a lot of emphasis on keeping employees motivated and satisfied, as I believe this is key to the success of the company.

My German language skills enabled me to communicate easily with German partners and the parent company, which made it much easier to work and collaborate. I was a bridge between the two cultures, which helped to keep both parties happy and to work together successfully.

In summary, as a company director, I have strived to build a solid foundation and ensure the long-term success of the company. My contract was for a fixed term, but during the 3 years I managed to create a branch office that was stable in the market after my work was done.
